Anonymous asked: will I get notified if I am not selected, and when will I be notified about the 2nd show?

As of right now we are only sending out emails to the artist selected, however if we have enough time we do want to email everyone who submitted. You should be notified within the next week! Thanks!

This past March 29th, T.A.G. presented, with honor, the Unseen Artist Event in Chelsea, NYC. We had a shocking amount of people attend the opening, and we are truly grateful for the shows success. Of course none of it could have been possible without the wonderful artist.

Our own T.A.G. Team member Paris Starn wrote a blog post about the night on openceremony.us. She speaks about the preparation process and the opening night itself. GET A SECOND CHANCE TO SUBMIT!

So we heard a lot of you just missed the deadline to submit for this years’ gallery. Well we are giving you a second chance because we love you and your amazing art so much! Every teen out there deserves a chance to participate in T.A.G.

There’s a catch, however - You only have until APRIL 10th 2012 to submit! Remember we accept all forms of art, visual, videos, music, poetry and other performance art. To submit visit our website www.teenartgallery.org/tag.

T.A.G. Internship Opportunity

Teen Art Gallery is looking for interns to take over the organization for next year. As many of you know, we are all going to college in the fall, but our hope is for TAG to live on. So as many of you know, most of us in T.A.G. are seniors in high school, going through the college process. On March 29th, 5pm TWO HUGE THINGS are occurring. 

                     1 - The Ivy League Colleges release their decisions.

                     2 - T.A.G. hosts our first show of the season, in Chelsea, NYC.

We would just like to let everyone know that we have gone through the selection process for the March show (the Unseen Artists Event) and will begin the selection process for the July show shortly. If you were one of the artist chosen you will be emailed a notification. By now you should all have been notified for the March show. If you haven’t dont worry - you still have a chance to be chosen for our July gallery! Thank you all again for submitting. We truly had a lot of amazing work to choose from.
